Chime is a social alarm application that allows users to share alarms with friends and family, coordinate schedules, and stay connected. The App provides real-time status updates and group coordination features.

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

If you participate in our beta program, you acknowledge that the App may contain bugs or errors and may not function as intended. You agree to provide feedback and report issues to help us improve the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHIME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
