You retain ownership of content you create (alarm names, group names, timer labels, etc.). By using Chime, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content solely to provide the Service to you and other group members where applicable.

Chime requires iOS 15.0 or later. Some features may require newer iOS versions or specific device capabilities. The app automatically adapts to provide the best experience for your device.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UK LAW, SLJ LABS LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR £100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR FRAUD.
